Jean-Claude RAVINEAU
Graduate of EDC Business School, Certified Coach and NLP practitioner at ICI (International Coaching Institute for 15 years), I quickly turned to customer relations, service negotiation and sales management.
In 2022, and after a 30-year career in freight transport companies or industrial companies of all sizes, from multinational to family business as sales director, European and National Key Account Manager, I decided to put all my business expertise to use by creating my transport consulting and expertise firm.
But also that essential tasks must absolutely be done every day before 10 a.m. Transport being a final feeling of the customer experience, it is therefore essential to ensure its excellence.
